You will see from my email below, I contacted you on 20th March 2012 with a Freedom of Information request in respect to these three questions…
How much public money was spent by Shropshire Council in respect of the illegal raid the Council instigated and assisted in on the home of Anne & Hollie Greig on 3rd June 2010? This question relates only to the day of the raid itself.

Hello everyone, as many of you may be aware, there are characters on the Hollie/Robert facebook scene masquerading as campaign members who are posting negative commentary on existing Hollie/Robert sites and/or are setting up websites and facebook groups to defame those closest to Hollie, Anne and Robert and to cause confusion, ridicule and aggravation, in the hope that the movement loses momentum and support.

Around 20 per cent of psychologists acting as expert witnesses for the family courts are not qualified, according to a Channel 4 News investigation broadcast tonight, writes producer Phil Carter.
The findings are based on research published on Wednesday for the Family Justice Council (FJC). It was led by Professor Jane Ireland, a forensic psychologist at the University of Central Lancashire.
Prof Ireland and her team were given unprecedented access to psychologists’ expert witness reports from three undisclosed courts across England by the FJC, an arm’s length body of the Ministry of Justice.
It has come to our attention that the Facebook page called Hollie DemandsJustice has been putting out the same disinformation about our campaign and campaigners as was seen on the GL-W site, and again on the Robert Green blogspot just before he was sentenced to 1 year in prison. It appears from initial investigations that the same people are involved in undermining the campaign.

Anne Greig will be making an announcement in relation to the outcome of yesterday’s Appeal Hearing in London at around noon later today (Saturday).
In the meantime she says “please thank from me all the team that were involved in helping Hollie. It was very emotional and overwhelming to see the support for Hollie and we would not be able to do this without you all.

Lawyers acting for Anne have just advised the following:
The case is not listed before 12 o’clock, meaning that the case will not start before mid-day due to other cases in the same court before the same judges (or at least one of them).

The appeal in the case of AG and HG is due to be heard before a bench of 3 Lord Justice’s at the Court of Appeal on 2nd March 2012.
The case concerns the orders made by the Court of Protection of the Family Division of the High Court in respect of an application made by Shropshire County Council.

On Wednesday 11th May Robert appeared for the 4th time at Stonehaven Court Aberdeen for an 'intermediate diet' (Eng. interim hearing) to discuss administrative arrangements pending his forthcoming trial which the Crown had arranged in January should take place in June.

Trial still planned to commence on 6thJune
At Stonehaven Court this morning, Sheriff Val Johnson did not accept Gerry Sweeney’s request that the trial should be delayed until my Legal Aid situation is resolved.
The Crown, represented by area Procurator Fiscal Anne Currie, argued that the trial should not be delayed as they have 50 witnesses lined up to appear during the week of 6thJune. She claimed that half these witnesses were “vulnerable” as they had suffered “trauma” as a result of my actions.
