A man called Robert Green recently appeared in Stonehaven Sheriff Court on the minor charge of breach of the peace. The case is sub-judice. Even if we wished to do so, we would be unable to comment upon it.

But we are allowed to report the somewhat unusual bail conditions. Mr Green is prohibited from contacting various people against whom he has made allegations; from contacting people he has alleged are victims; from contacting a named doctor; from making similar allegations; and from entering the local authority areas of Aberdeen city and Aberdeenshire.

Kim Ryley, the highest paid Council Chief in Britain in 2009 is Shropshire Council's Chief Executive.  He also runs ''The Society For Council Chief Executives'', called Solace ….

Since your Council was exposed in January this year of attempting to cover-up its involvement in the illegal raid on the home of Anne & Hollie Grieg, due to the Information Commissioner investigating my complaint about the Council lying to me twice in Freedom of Information responses, you and the Council have been noticeably silent on the matter – not even having the good manners to apologise to Anne & Hollie Greig.

Robert Green is due to appear in Stonehaven Sheriff’s Court, Aberdeen, today, Wednesday, at 10am, where there will be a review of his bail conditions and the ludicrous, trumped up charge of ‘Breach of the Peace’ for which he was arrested, on the 12^th of February, 2010.

This supposed threat to ‘Breach the Peace’ came about as he was merely intending to hand out leaflets to the people of Aberdeen, to draw their attention to an alleged paedophile ring, which included, (among others) senior members of the Scottish legal profession.

Attached below is the official death certificate of Roy Greig who was found in a burnt-out car in a remote part of Aberdeen on 17^thNovember 1997. You will note the cause of death says “Smoke inhalation” and not carbon monoxide poisoning.  Anne was told that the catalytic converter had caught fire. Research has established that there is zero chance of this happening.

• There was NO public inquest;

(from Robert's blog): I will be attending Stonehaven Sheriff Court at 10.00 on Wednesday 26th January for the Intermediate Diet for my case. This is simply an administrative procedure where I will be asked to reaffirm my plea of Not Guilty and no evidence will be heard. No date has been set for the trial diet. I hope to be in a position to supply more details very soon.
