At 0930 this morning, in scenes reminiscent of Stasi East Germany, 2 police cars and 4 policemen from Merseyside Police arrested British Constitution Group Chairman Roger Hayes at his Wirral home and drove away.

The first his family heard of him was at 18:30 this evening via a telephone call from a Warder in Liverpool prison, to say that Roger had been tried and sentenced to prison.
At no time were the family or any other members of the public informed of his arrest, and it is understood that he was tried in a secret court without a Jury.
Denied the right to argue his case, denied the right to a Jury, denied the right for the public to see justice being done, Roger was imprisoned in the secretive gulag system that Britain has become in 2012.
Roger’s “crime” is that he has been refusing to pay his Council tax, because along with other state taxes, a proportion of the tax revenue gathered is being sent to the European Union, used to fund unlawful wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria, and promote terrorism right around the world. To pay tax under these circumstances is, at the very least, unlawful under Section 15(3) of the Terrorism Act 2000.
As such the present government of UK in Westminster is complicit to terrorist action and war crimes and therefore the payment of taxes to an unlawful, criminal regime is itself a criminal act – one in which Roger refused to participate.
The state has never forgiven him for the arrest of Judge Peake at Birkenhead court as part of this campaign.
In addition to his stance on taxes for unlawful purposes, Roger has also been campaigning for the Lawful Bank – a monetary initiative in which money can be issued to the public as credit, rather than as crippling debt under the existing corrupt and fraudulent International Monetary System.
As Chairman of the British Constitution Group, Roger Hayes has been an outspoken public speaker warning the British public that their rights and freedoms under Common Law and the Constitution are being stripped away and replaced by a dictatorship of secret courts operating under Administrative and Statute Law.
There is no doubt that his success in alerting ever more people to the dangers of the British / EU dictatorship being built by a criminal element now masquerading as British politicians, has caused the state to imprison Roger. His challenge to the fraudulent banking system, as evidenced by the criminal acts of Barclays bank and todays resignation by arch Bilderberger and BBC advisor Marcus Agius, will also have made Roger enemies within Britain’s wide criminal banking cabal.
Roger’s family is shocked both at his arrest, and at the realisation that Britain is now sliding into a police state, where husbands, fathers and other good people can be lifted off the streets and imprisoned. There is now no doubt that Britain is further under the control of domestic terrorists in Westminster.
We ask that all those who value their freedoms and liberty call Meryside Police for further information and an explanation of their actions, and also call Liverpool prison to establish Roger’s physical safety and well-being.

Roger was and is a staunch supporter of Robert Green’s fight for justice for Hollie and was a leading force behind the leafleting campaign in Aberdeen. Now Roger needs our help. So come on people, let’s help him!!!

What is going on here, is this because Roger helped in Robert’s campaign or for something else? The last I heard his tax case was adjourned indefinitely. He never refused to pay, he just didn’t want to pay for illegal wars and wanted them to tell him why he should.
That he was arrested, tried and incarcerated in secret before anyone could find out tells me that they are afraid of people power, the power of good people who do not want to live in a fascist empire.

Funny that, had Roger been a “mad mullah”, living on State handouts while preaching hate and terrorism, he would probably have been left free to carry on spreading fear.
Roger Hayes though did the complete opposite – and has helped wake people up to what is really happening in this Country.
For the “Authorities”, Roger is DANGEROUS, simply because he has made people in Britain, and around the World aware of what their RIGHTS are under Common Law.
That is the last thing THEY want – as they are busy trying (foolishly) to take those rights away.
Yet another Prisoner of Conscience behind bars.
A typical knee-jerk reaction from this pathetic excuse of a Libservative Coalition government – suffering from a chronic case of CDS – Credibility Deficiency Syndrome since May 2010.
Though it would be interesting to see a copy of the actual arrest warrant / charge.
To this end we have e-mailed Scouseland Plod Squad’s HQ with this request this morning – and too Justice Secretary Ken Clarke, the Home Office and the IPCC.
Further, we have also alerted Roger’s MP to his situation, lest he has not already been informed.
I have just phoned Merseyside Police and asked them why Roger Hayes was arrested and jailed.
They REFUSED to tell me !
They actually said, “we don’t know who you are”.
I gave them my name, phone number and explained that I am a member of
the British Constitution Group, and that Roger Hayes is the Chairman of that Group.
So why has he been arrested?
Still no answer.
So I made a COMPLAINT and have been promised that they will phone back today.
I would encourage anyone who cares about this Country, their Rights and the (peaceful) rule of law to do the same before the Fascists take over completely.
Do not be put off if the Prison says it does not take calls from the public. I was a Prison Officer for THREE YEARS in London and I can confirm that Prisons ***DO*** accept calls from the general public, especially if you are trying to determine the whereabouts of someone.
Be polite but assertive and demand to know Roger is in good health, being treated well and that all of his human rights are being complied with. The more the prison gets these calls, the more this will highlight Roger to the No:1 Governor and his case will spread throughout the prison and into other prisons! This is what happened when Robert Green was unlawfully arrested, tried and sentenced… it backfired so heavily on the system!!!
Don’t worry about Roger, he will become a legend inside, just like Robert Green did!!!

aint it good to live in the safety of a civilised democracy governed by the rule of law,, most sheeple still believe that load of old toilet,,,, phoned the scouse plod in the early hours, she couldnt, or wouldnt tell me anything, had a pleasant or at least polite exchange, and basicly did what everyone else seems to be doing, ie tried to make her think about law and human rights, which i dont think has ever entered her mind before, i could here the cogs turning!!! obviously dosent happen often, thats why they were so noisy… also posted several places, and emailed my local rag to see if they wanted some real news !!! will phone prison and pc scouser plod again in a bit,,,no offence meant to any real human beings from the land of the beatles….
What seems to be nececssary is to form a group to campaign for the political prisoners and those denied justice in the UK. A bit like Amnesty International, only more of a direct action type organisation.
The irony is that the UK criticises other countries for their lack of imparital judicial systems and incarcerating people without a fair trial, or hearing. Pot and kettle come to mind.
