FOI – The death of Roy Greig – a case of malfeasance and nonfeasance

From: Alex Alexander

Dear Grampian Police,

You have also stated you did a full investigation into the death of Roy Greig.

You have stated to MANY members of the public and politicians etc that the Hollie Greig case was fully investigated. You have also stated you did a full investigation into the death of Roy Greig.

I require answers to the following:

Roy Greig’s body arrived at the Aberdeen hospital just after 10pm, yet the fire report states suicide was determined by 1.27. Yet the police only had light from the fire brigade for ONE hour. 22.32 the fire incident log states “… the appliance will be in attendance for approximately 1 hour to provide lighting for police investigation unit.”

1) Does Grampian police constitute one hour at the scene plus 2.5 hours in the middle of a November stormy night sufficient time to determine the cause of death?

2) Please provide the full forensics report of your full investigation.

3) What is the name of the Officer who determined Roy Greig committed it was suicide?

4) Plase provide the haematology/toxicology report of Roy Greig’s blood, confirming he died of carbon Monoxide poisoning?

5) Do you have photographs of his burnt vehicle?

6) What was the name of the second person/witness at the scene, who’s name has been with held?

7) Did you investigate how Sylvester Cadger was able to see the
alleged burning vehicle on a November night with gale force winds and torrential rain from the motorway? We have, it was impossible. A full investigation?

8. Where are the mandetory photographs of Roy Greig’s autopsy?

9) Why was Roy Greigs coffin closed to his relative Anne Greig who was prevented from viewing?

Do you still categorically claim that you, Grampian police, have fully investigate the death of Roy Greig?

Also, during the case of Robert Green V the Scottish Government it has been established under Oath in an open court, on the public record, the alleged abusers were NEVER interviewed. It is clear a full investigation was not carried.

I require you to address the issues herein and to progress this I will require you to provide full disclosure of the details and evidence.

The above is written in the public interest and demands answers in the public interest.

Please place this document on the Public Record and ensure that I receive a certified copy by return.

  1. With Grampian Police, the Aberdeen Procurator Fiscal, and the Crown Office we have the 3 wise monkeys – DEAF, DUMB and BLIND to the suffering of young Children.

And to-day of all days, we have MPs being told that Child Abuse is rife all of the Country – this will be no suprise to anyone who has followed Hollie’s case and the continual BRICK WALL that has been thrown up by those in Authority who are DESPERATE to stop the truth from coming out.

What a Country this has become when the Police themselves protect the Paedos.

What about it Mister Salmond, still got that wax in your ears?
