LEGAL NOTICE

Having exhausted all the official avenues open to Hollie to bring her culprits to book, she is now proceeding down the path of instigating a private prosecution against her abusers.

It is very sad that the authorities who are charged with this responsibility have singularly failed to carry out their public duty and it is now left to Hollie, her mother and friends to take the matter forward.

It is a great comfort to Hollie that the conviction of the murderers of Steven Lawrence also started with a private prosecution after the authorities failed to obtain a conviction while allowing the perpetrators to destroy the evidence.
